Teresa Ruano

Teresa is an expert in the fields of compliance, with particular focus in inhouse organisation and management models, audits and risk evaluation projects, including codes of ethics and ESG policies (modern slavery, supply chains and internal investigations).

She has over 25 years' experience advising local and foreign companies in anti-money laundering projects, arbitration and criminal proceedings in strict reliance with existing ESG regulations.

Teresa is a scholar in compliance and lectures as a professor at IE and Universidad Carlos III.
